Dr. John Lim is a distinguished educator, finance professional, and thought leader with over 25 years of experience across banking, finance, fintech, blockchain, healthcare, new technology, professional services, and renewable energy sectors. He combines deep expertise in finance and accountancy with a passion for lifelong learning, training, and research.
He holds an Honorary Doctorate (Hon.D) of Strategic Leadership, Financial Management and Community Services from Dunster Business School, Switzerland. He also earned a Doctor of Education (Specializing in Adult Education Management and Development) from the European International University (EIU), Paris—a QS 5-star rated institution ranked among the world’s top business schools. In addition, he completed his MBA at Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, and a BA (Hons) in Management (Accountancy) from University Technology Malaysia (UTM).
Professionally, Dr. Lim is a Certified Trainer (ACTA), Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA, Australia), Chartered Accountant (ISCA, Singapore), ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant, Accredited Tax Professional (ATP), and Certified Manager (CMI, UK).
Currently, Dr. John serves as an adjunct lecturer for the Master of Science in International Accounting and Finance, and as a dissertation supervisor for both the MBA and Executive MBA programs in Singapore. In these roles, he mentors postgraduate students in Accounting, Finance, and Business Administration, helping them craft research that is firmly anchored in real-world challenges and practical applications.
A strong advocate of lifelong learning, Dr. John believes in harnessing training and consultancy to make knowledge both accessible and actionable. He is committed to equipping business owners and professionals with practical insights and strategies, ensuring they remain future‑ready and capable of thriving in a fast‑changing world.
Jeannie Gan is a seasoned business consultant and certified life coach with more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience across Asia. Fluent in English, Mandarin, Japanese, and Malay, she blends strategic business expertise, cultural intelligence, and people development to deliver results that are both sustainable and human-centered.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Computer) from University Technology Malaysia (UTM) and a Masters of Engineering in Information Science and Intelligent Systems from Tokushima University, Japan. Her career spans industries in engineering, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, plastics & additives, chemicals, financial services, and education, giving her a uniquely multidisciplinary perspective.
Her career includes operational management, business development, international market expansion, and organizational transformation. Known for combining a strategic vision with hands-on execution, Jeannie has led cross-border teams, navigated diverse cultures, and guided organizations through rapid change — helping them adapt, grow, and thrive in dynamic business landscapes.
As a leadership trainer and certified life coach, Jeannie brings empathy, clarity, and a holistic approach to her work. She has designed and facilitated programs on emotional intelligence, resilience, and mental fitness, equipping leaders to strengthen decision-making, enhance team dynamics, and cultivate resilient, high-performing cultures. Her clients include organizations in the chemical, telecommunication, software, trade, and corporate services industries.
